Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Tabuku.com. We partner with CJdropshipping for product fulfillment. Below is our return and refund policy based on their standards.


1. Return Eligibility

  • You must request a return within 20 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and supported by photo/video evidence of the issue.
  • Returns are only accepted for damaged, incorrect, or missing items.

2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Items returned due to buyer remorse, incorrect address, or a change of mind.
  • Products without valid evidence of damage or defect.
  • Any item returned without prior authorization.

3. How to Request a Return

  • Email us at info@tabuku.com with your order number and photos/videos of the issue.
  • We will guide you through the dispute process via CJdropshipping.
  • If return is approved, CJdropshipping will issue a return address and instructions.
  • Items must be returned within 10 days of approval.

4. Refunds and Replacements

  • If your return is approved, we will offer either:
    • A full refund, or
    • A replacement shipment.
  • Partial refunds may be issued for minor damage or cosmetic issues.
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to process once approved.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • Any restocking or inspection fees required by CJdropshipping may be deducted from your refund.

6. Return Processing Time

  • International returns may take up to 3 months to arrive at CJdropshipping warehouse.
  • We will keep you updated and notify you once your return is processed.

7. Important Notes

  • All returns must be authorized through our support team first.
  • We do not provide public return addresses—CJdropshipping issues these on a case-by-case basis.
  • Disputes must be initiated within our 20-day return window.
